Support 
Define and maintain minimum requirements of freelance translators and agencies (vendors) for working with the
Company
Actively recruit and onboard new localisation resources to the qualified pool.
Set up payment terms and account details with the accounts team.
Ensure that all projects are fully resourced with vendors best qualified for the nature of each project in a
timely fashion.
Work with the Localisation and Audio project managers to ensure a balanced and best fit allocation of projects
to the vendors.
Work closely with all external resources to continually improve the quality and responsiveness of their
service delivery to the Company
Negotiate terms and conditions and secure best terms for the Company
Perform regular reviews of terms to ensure the vendor base keeps track with market demands.
Work closely with Project Managers and Project Leaders in dealing with any vendor issues
 
Support Tools and Process team and Project Managers in prioritising and implementing new processes and/or
products with external vendors, in order to increase efficiencies. Follow up on resulting impact and report on
